“A psalm of David. ADONAI is my shepherd, I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters. He restores my soul. He guides me in paths of righteousness for His Name’s sake.”
Psalms 23:1-3 TLV
Mental visualization is when you take your mind to a place of comfort, peace, triumph, ect, by reading a written passage, using your imagination, or recalling a memory. When you read this passage, what do you experience? Do you feel the soft grass? Is it warm or cold? Do you feel a breeze in the air and watch the trees sway? Or is it warm in the sunlight on a cold day? Can you hear the stream nearby? Is it running softly or do you hear the “flop” of a fish coming up to grab a bug? As you visualize this, can you feel God restoring your soul? Making it new and fresh. Breathe in. Breathe out. Breathe in. Breathe out. Look up. See the path in front of you that leads towards righteousness. Remove any obstacles by swiping them like cobwebs in an alley. Who is at the end? Do you see the Shepherd? Do you hear His voice? Do you feel the love and warmth radiating from Him? Go to Him.

Jesus, I hear Your voice. I feel Your presence. It’s the warmth on a cold day. I know You are with me. I will follow You. I will keep walking towards the light away from the darkness. Jesus, I love You. Amen
Be blessed and know that you are loved by YeHoVaH through Messiah Yeshua and the Ruach ha-Kodesh lives within you.
